Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may store personal data of the Users of the website. The User acknowledges that the Service Provider may collect anonymized data on Service usage and User activity patterns. This data collection process does not involve recording any data that can identify individual Users, however it is possible that such data is collected which results the User to be identifiable. The Service Provider may be considered as a data processor if any personal data is handled during service delivery.

This Chapter outlines the rules between the User and the Service Provider regarding data processing activities in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “the Regulation”).

Definitions

Personal Data: Data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the “Data Subject”).
Data Processing: Any operation or set of operations on personal data or sets of personal data, whether by automated means, including collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, transmission, dissemination, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
Data Processor: The entity processing personal data on behalf of the controller, i.e., the Service Provider.
Data Breach: A security breach resulting in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access to personal data processed by the Service Provider.

Data Processing Activity The Service Provider shall process personal data only as needed to deliver the Service. The Service Provider is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring the lawful processing of personal data.

Data Processing Principles and Obligations The Service Provider shall ensure that the privacy and fundamental rights of Data Subjects are safeguarded, per the Regulation. The Service Provider shall limit access to personal data to authorised personnel with a specific need related to the service provision.

The Service Provider commits to maintaining appropriate technical and organisational measures to:
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the IT systems processing personal data,
Safeguard systems from external intrusions, and
Uphold confidentiality obligations for all employees and agents, regardless of employment status.

Instructions and Compliance The Service Provider will process personal data solely according to this Agreement.

The Service provides Users with a data deletion option. The Service Provider is responsible for ensuring data backups, and will implement regular backup procedures.

Use of Sub-processors The Service Provider uses Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and Google Cloud EMEA Ltd. for data storage. Both providers comply with EU data protection standards. Additional subcontractors may be involved in software development.

Data Subject Rights Assistance Upon the User’s request, the Service Provider shall assist in fulfilling Data Subject rights (e.g., data access, rectification, or deletion requests).

Record-Keeping Obligations The Service Provider will maintain records of processing activities as required by Article 30(2) of the Regulation.

Confidentiality The Service Provider commits to treating all personal data and related information confidentially, using it solely for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

Anonymized Data Collection The User consents to the Service Provider’s collection of anonymized data on User activity within the Service (e.g., usage duration and feature engagement). This data does not include personally identifiable information.
